/ticket-add

Add user to ticket

Grant a member access to the ticket channel.

About this command

/ticket-add adds the chosen user to the current ticket — e.g.

a second moderator or specialist.

Works only in ticket channels.

How to use

Open a text channel on a server where SkullBot is installed.
Type /ticket-add and pick the slash command from Discord’s list.
Fill in any options and confirm — the bot replies in channel.

Global on/off switch for the ticket system on the server.

Send or refresh the message with the open-ticket button.
