Enable/disable tickets

Global on/off switch for the ticket system on the server.

About this command

/ticket-enable turns new ticket creation on or off without wiping config — handy during maintenance or events.

How to use

Open a text channel on a server where SkullBot is installed.
Type /ticket-enable and pick the slash command from Discord’s list.
Fill in any options and confirm — the bot replies in channel.

Set the panel channel, ticket category and support roles.

Send or refresh the message with the open-ticket button.

Close the active ticket channel and archive the case.
