Terms of service

1. General

SkullBot is a Discord bot and related website with a user panel, operated by SkullMedia.

By using the bot or website you accept these terms and Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Who may use the service

The user panel requires a Discord account and administrator (or equivalent) permissions on a server with the bot.

The SkullBot admin centre is only available to users listed as project administrators.

3. Scope of service

The bot provides moderation, music, utilities and per-server configuration. Feature availability depends on bot version, Discord permissions and panel settings.

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for stability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

4. User obligations

You agree not to:

• violate law, third-party rights or Discord’s rules,
• use the bot for spam, harassment, malware distribution or fraud,
• configure modules (e.g. antilink, modlog, archives) in a way that breaks law or server policies,
• share admin panel access with unauthorised persons.

5. Data and moderation

Each Discord server owner/admin is responsible for the lawfulness of processing members’ data under enabled bot features (e.g. logs, message archives).

SkullMedia may restrict access in case of abuse, security risk or terms violations.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkullMedia is not liable for harm caused by user actions, server moderator decisions or Discord API outages.

Administrators who trigger bot messages (e.g. staff alerts) are responsible for their content.

7. Changes and termination

We may change bot features, these terms or the privacy policy. Material updates will be published on the site.

You may stop using the service at any time by removing the bot from a server or ending your panel session.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law unless mandatory local consumer rules apply. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of competent Polish courts where permitted.
